Common questions
Is special hardware needed at the gate?
No. The gate only needs a phone or tablet to scan the QR code. Integration with automatic gates can be added when required.
What about contractors who enter every day?
Contractors can be issued a long-term gatepass with requirement documents checked periodically.
Is visitor data secure?
Data is stored on the company's chosen server (cloud or on-premise) with tiered access rights and a configurable retention period.
How long does implementation take?
Because it is based on an existing product, adaptation and installation are faster than building from scratch. The duration depends on the integration scope requested.
